Westkapelle, Kalverkeetdijk.

In the village of Westkapelle, between all the beautiful houses, there lies a restaurant with a parking place at a crossing of the Kalverkeetdijk and the Kranendijk. On this parking place lies a 501 bunker covered with bushes.

Until recently there was also a 117a on the terrain, but has been demolished in the meantime. There is probably still a Tobruk58c covered with earth on the terrain. The 501 bunker can hardly be seen and recognised because of all the bushes and added buildings around it.
The Stützpunkt had more bunkers spread all over the village in the past and was used as a Regiments Head Quarters.

Westkapelle, Leopoldkanaal.

Outside the village of Westkapelle, where highway N376 crosses the Leopoldkanaal, there are several objects next to the bridges over this twin canal, protecting the routes to Zeebrugge.

In the middle section lie two Tobruks, extended with and an unknown concrete plateau. At the west side of the canal there are also two Tobruks, extended. Also a look alike St R621, but the walls are too thin, so it must by called a Vf personnel shelter.
